What is Klarna?
'Pay in 4 Payments with Klarna' is a payment method for US customers which allows you to spread the cost of our purchase over 4 equal installments. Payment one is taken when you place the order, the next three payments are charged every 2 weeks. To learn more about Klarna, click here.
How does Klarna work?
-The service is interest-free
-Your total order value is split into 4 equal installments
-The first payment is made when you place the order
-The next 3 payments will be charged every 2 weeks to the original card used to place the order
-Payment reminders will be sent 2 days before each payment is taken
-Payments cannot be made early and scheduled payment dates can't be changed
-A valid debit or credit card will be accepted as a payment method (prepaid cards will not be accepted).

What happens if I don't make a Klarna payment?
Payment reminders will be sent 2 days before the next payment is due. If your payment is missed, you may be liable for a delayed payment fee of up to $7.
If a payment is missed, you will receive an email notification from Klarna to show the payment was unsuccessful. For all inquiries related to your Klarna payments, please reach out to Klarna Customer Care.
What orders qualify for Klarna payment?
-Klarna is available to customers over 18 years of age
-You must have a billing and shipping address registered in the US
-Orders must be between $35 and $1000
-VICI E-Gift Cards cannot be purchased using Klarna
-Preorder Products cannot be purchased using Klarna
-Orders must be placed in USD
-If an E-Gift Card is applied to your order and does not cover the total for the transaction, you may pay for the remaining balance using the 'Pay in 4 Payments with Klarna'. The remaining balance must be over $35 to be eligible.
Troubleshooting: I'm having issues paying with Klarna
If you have any trouble placing an order with Klarna, it could be due to one of the following reasons:
-Check to make sure all items in your cart are eligible for Klarna (Preorders Products and E-Gift Cards are not eligible). Remove these items from your cart and place a separate purchase with another form of supported payment.
-Your cart subtotal must meet or exceed the $35 minimum and may not exceed the $1000 maximum.
-Klarna may have rejected your application to pay on account. We'd recommend choosing another type of payment or placing an order for a smaller amount.
-Klarna may not have been able to check your details using the billing address that you've provided. You'll need to make sure that your billing address is the same address that your bank/credit cards are registered to.
-You may have outstanding payments on previous Klarna statements. Once these are paid off, try Pay Later with Klarna again. If you've recently paid off outstanding statements, please allow 24 hours before trying to pay through Klarna again.
-You may have missed a required field at the checkout, such as filling in your mobile phone number.
-If you haven't used Klarna before and you're shipping to a different address to your billing address, the payment may be declined.
